Features:
The machine adopts computer control, photoelectric tracking and correction system, and the winding tension is controlled by the variable frequency vector motor through the PLC touch screen to achieve automatic tension control. Unwinding tension is controlled by pneumatic brake and automatic tension. The rewinding shaft adopts an inflatable shaft, with automatic air pressure, so that the rewinding shaft can automatically rise and fall. The frequency converter controls the working speed of the whole machine and is equipped with an automatic meter counting device. It has the advantages of smooth incision, neat winding end surface, and convenient follow-up processing.
