1. This machine is specially designed for compounding aluminized pearl cotton roll material, and it is made into a standard aluminized pearl cotton insulation bag on this machine.
2. The whole machine adopts advanced motion control system as the main control, double servo system control fixed length and printing electric eye to make different specifications of pearl cotton insulation bags.
3. The two sides of the compound are sealed by electric heating and then cold pressed to make the seal firm and beautiful.
4. This machine adopts double unwinding racks, which can produce double-folded single-line big bags and double-folded double-line small bags.
5. The receiving platform has the function of counting automatic shift.
6. This machine adopts fully automatic control production, simple and convenient operation, it is a high-quality special bag-making equipment.
二. Process flow
From the unwinding, the composite pearl cotton roll material is sent to the half-folding forming station through the feeding station, and after transverse hot pressing and cold pressing, it is cut into standard aluminized pearl cotton insulation bags.
