一、 Performance characteristics:
1. This machine uses HDPE, LDPE, biodegradable material [corn starch] tube film as raw materials to produce natural and printed vest bags. It adopts computer programming control system and servo motor to automatically fix the length. The feeding, sealing, cutting, and punching can be completed at one time.
2. Equipped with two servo motor control systems and computer control, LPC LCD screen display and Panasonic photoelectric eye tracking control, the operation is intuitive and convenient, and two color printing bags can be produced at the same time.
3. The host adopts imported frequency converter to simulate speed control and automatic feeding system to make the bag making stable and the sealing and cutting accurate. Automatic punching machine folding device, conveyor belt bag feeding function, easy to collect.
4. Blowing type discharging system, coordinated with bag bottom shaping design, neat bag collection, accurate clamping and punching position.
5. The cutter adopts independent current heating, and the high-precision temperature controller automatically controls the temperature, which is convenient for operation and accurate temperature control.
6. The whole machine adopts IC electronic circuit automatic control, socket-type design, easy to change and install; and has the function of shutting down without material, material interruption, and material blocking.
