This machine is designed for hot-booking of plastic bags, and it is used for hot-welding the entire plastic bags.
The standard configuration is three sets of temperature control systems + three sets of 8mm hot needle devices, which can hot order three 8mm holes at the same time. The temperature control system can also be added according to customer requirements.
Operating procedures:
1. Adjust the position of the ironing needle so that the ironing needle is in the middle of the upper mold.
2. Turn on the power, set the temperature, and set the order time according to the thickness of the bag order.
3. Place the finished plastic bag under the hot needle and step on the foot switch.
4. The pressing plate automatically descends, and the hot needle automatically rises. After staying for a specified time, the pressing plate automatically rises and the hot needle descends automatically.
5. The order is completed.
