Product Description

一. Purpose:
Full-automatic dual-channel express bag making machine, the film is folded in half, hot melt glue is applied, and the electric eye is tracking the standard. The bag making is completed at one time. Equipped with a double servo constant tension system, it can realize automatic glue breaking. Two sets of electric eye tracking system and two sets of servo drive systems, two channels can produce two sets of blank or printed films at the same time. Equipped with an automatic bag sorting machine, the production capacity is doubled.
This machine is specially designed for the development and design of four-servo glue spraying system for express bags, which can be used for express bags of recycled materials, express bags of new materials, and express delivery of environmental protection film.
The machines on this exhibition are also suitable for the production of various materials such as OPP, PE, PP, POF, PLA, etc.

二. Performance and characteristics:
1. Man-machine interface, touch screen operation, PLC control, simple operation.
2 The speed of the main machine, the speed of pulling the material and the speed of discharging are all automatically and synchronously controlled by the controller.
3. The machine is fed by a servo motor with a fixed length, 2 sets of imported photoelectric eyes for induction tracking, and the printing pattern is accurate. When the photoelectric eyes fail, it will automatically stop and warn.
4. The main motor, bag pulling motor, and feeding motor are all controlled by Delta frequency conversion, which is easy to operate, reduces power consumption, and discharges smoothly.
5. Special alloy steel knife for express bag material, high power, fast heating, firm ironing line and smooth welding edge.
6. The automatic bag sorting machine is synchronously controlled by the touch screen, driven by a stepping motor, equipped with a vibration and manipulator device, and automatically counts. The number of stacks can be set arbitrarily. After the set number, the manipulator automatically discharges the entire book.
7. The folding film machine is equipped with Italian electric eye tracking, analog correction system, automatic control of magnetic powder tension, pneumatic feeding, air expansion shaft discharge, and hot-pressing shaping device to prevent bursting at the folded edge.
8. Equipped with 1 8KG hot melt glue machine, which can set automatic glue breaking function, 2 sets of isolation film gluing devices, dual gun head operation can supply dual channel production at the same time.
