This machine is specially designed and developed for single-sided express bags, single-layer sheet material loading machine, welding surface sheet-half-folding-hot melt adhesive-side welding surface single bag-electric eye tracking-bag making-automatic bag sorting. All processes are completed at one time. At the same time, it can also produce clothing bags, towel bags, bread bags, jewelry bags, etc.

Performance and characteristics:
1. Man-machine interface, touch screen operation, PLC control, simple operation.
2. The speed of the main machine, the speed of pulling the material and the speed of discharging are all automatically and synchronously controlled by the controller.
3. The machine is braked by the servo motor, and imported photoelectric eye sensor tracking. The printing pattern is accurate, and when the electric eye fails, it will automatically stop and warn.
4. The host motor is controlled by the inverter, which is easy to operate and reduces power consumption.
5. Automatic counting, the number of stacking sheets can be set arbitrarily, after reaching the set number, the manipulator will automatically discharge the entire book.
6. The discharge is equipped with imported electric eye tracking, automatic simulation correction, automatic magnetic powder tension control, pneumatic feeding, and air expansion shaft discharge.
7. Special surface, single bag and double patch function, four copper knives are reinforced in stages.
8. Equipped with Taiwan hot-melt glue device, the glue amount is even, and the glue can be automatically broken.
